how to create a new genere of music?

ok i want to create something new. i dont want to create beats that ppl have heared a million times. ok iam scottish pakistani. and i want to make a hip hop sound with some indian and scottish beats in them. and over here the big music is like dance music grime drum and bass and all the techno stuff. so to make it more like the listen scots listen to i want to put these beats in aswell. iam also a drum player and i want a sick drum beat. my favorite music is g-funk new jack swing. basically all the 90s hip hop. so i also want to put this in. so how do i do it any ideas.
