what is good Music Production computer?

I know most of you will say a mac, but i don’t have that much money, I’m looking for a good desktop(preferably), a laptop would be okay i guess. But it doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just enough to run FL studio and a couple other programs.

Desktop PC, 4GB RAM minimum, dual-core (at least) processor, 2x 7200rpm hard drives (500 GB at least), and a USB, Firewire, or PCIe audio interface (go for MOTU, M-Audio, Presonus, Focusrite, Alesis, Avid). Get two screens if you can.
